Best Brownie:    Several at 2lb 8oz
Bank Rod Av:    2.18 fish per angler
Boat Rod Av:    2.77 fish per angler
Sport: Warm settled overcast conditions looked perfect for a good days fishing. A good turnout at stocks today with several anglers returning good catches. On the bank stocks regular Mark Wilson had a cracking days sport returning 6 trout all on a black shipman’s buzzer mark also commented on the fact that he could have had 3 times as many fish with the amount of pulls and nips he had. Top rod on the bank Goes to Dave Flitcroft with 8 fish. Dave fished all the way from Ben s Beach to the Jetty and had fish all the way along. He found a small black lure fished very slowly on a floating line the best method. Out on the boats top angler today was Gary Allen with 6 fish on a half-day ticket. Gary had all his fish from around Willow Island on a booby fished on the washing line technique. The Weather looks settled again tomorrow so the great sports were having recently should continue.
